I bought a 2000 KX 65 for my son less than a week ago. He has about 40 min. on it total. When I got home with it there was a small amount of gas under it. I thought it may have come from the vent hose. Last night I find a puddle of gas whitch looks like it was coming fro a small hole on the lower/front motor mount (Where the bolt goes through). He had left the gas on after riding Sunday afternoon. I also drained the crankcase oil (seemed to be more thatn what it calls for) whitch was a little on the tan side. Is this hole normal? could the gas be leaking past the rings into the crankcase? Thanks for any help.

Are you sure its gas? If it doesn't evaporate then it is oil. If it is fuel it can only be leaking from the fuel tank or the carb. The fuel can't make it to the engine when it's not running because it needs to be sucked through the jets. So first thing, lean the bike from side to side to see where its coming from.
