I just picked up a set of korks from a '90 kx250. Does anyone know if they are a direct swap for my '93 KDX250??

If not I bet you could swap the stems out. You can find out in about 2 hours. :)

You will need the 1990 clamps, at the least (besides a front wheel and axle).

Stock vs. stock, there isn't much difference between those forks.

Are you sure the same clamps won't work? The diameter of the fork tube is the same.

1990 inner tubes are 41mm and the outer tubes are a little smaller than the KDX250 outer tubes, since the inner tubes are 43mm. 1990 outer tubes are silver. If you have blue, then they are not 1990 (in stock anodizing). 1991 - 1993 KX125/250/500 forks have blue outer tubes.
