Hey Eric,
I have a 2000 KX500 top end (stock, never been rebuilt) I'm sending to you for the big bore kit  .

Just curious, the next time I need the top end done, is a sleeve required, and how much would that be.?

Any tips on a good jetting starting point?

I have an FMF fatty pipe, turbine core silencer, carbon tech reeds, uni filter.

Planning to get the mo-better-everywhere port, run on super-unleaded gas, I ride both at sea level on the oregon dunes and 4200'.

Thanks!

It takes 2-3 weeks right now and we're catching up.
Stock jetting will probably be a bit rich but its a good place to start. The other bolt ons will compliment the work just fine. Thanks, Eric

Hi Eric,
I just wanted to check status on the big bore kit. it's still pretty wet out there to do alot of riding, but spring is around the corner and looking forward to putting the bike back together.
Thanks!
Martin
