Can you do a "big wheel" conversion to it? Don't they make these with two different sized wheels? Even if they didn't, you could probably put larger wheels on it with little or no trouble. Check that popular auction site for all kinds of parts. As for the swingarm and forks off a 125, I think that "might" be possible, but the swingarm would be a lot of trouble (I think). Forks only would throw things way out of balance. And the costs involved will add up quickly. Forks, clamps, bars, longer brake line or complete brake system, etc. You could probably sell the 80 and get a 125 for less out of pocket than doing a conversion. On the other hand, building "frankenbikes" is really fun and a great way to learn a whole bunch. You might even be able to find a 125 rolling chasis (no motor or blown up motor) for cheap and stuff the 80 motor into it. But beware, with any conversion like this, there will be obstacles to get over. And some might be more costly than selling and upgrading.
