So ... your EF 17-40mm f/4L USM came in?

Think of it as an investment, not an expense ...

IYHO ... would I be better served carrying my EF-S 17-85mm f4-5.6 IS USM (28mm-135mm on a 20D) or the L lens to Mexico? I like the constant aperture of the 17-40mm.

STOP!!
Right click the following link, "open in a new window", for a little mood music. Click Me.

1) The "W". For the yanks, that's "Dubya". George's house. Actually, just a hotel, but quite cool. When it's done: http://www.starwoodhotels.com/en_US/Media/Graphics/Brands/W/Properties/1521/images/wes1521wb1_lg.jpg

2) Another.

3) For Pokie. Downtown Bait Store. Using the TTW (Thru the windshield) gradiant filter.

7) AA Center. I keep calling it United Center. Which reminds me of the best, pre-flight Captain speech I hever heard; on a UA flight: "We know you have your choice of Bankrupt airlines, thank you for choosing this one". Front of the W in the background.

8) The most important building in Dallas:
(this is where the DRN server sits, everything you see and type here, goes through that building.)
