I just got a 99 Yz125 and the fork is letting oil by from the seal. I dont want to pay loads of money (dealer 75 bucks a fork) and would like to know how to fix it myself.

Bleed the air out of them first. Take the dust cover off. Clean your forks first( I use brake cleaner). Then slide a peice of filn negetive in around the seal and slide it all the way around a couple of times then clean them again.

wow, 75 per leg for seals? for that much you can send them off for a pro job.. but see if you can find a shade tree bike mechanic in your area that works on dirt bikes,,i usually only have to pay 40 for both seals.

You can do it yourself. Just take extra cere to not damage the new seals... They don't look, but are a extremely precise engineering piece of rubber...
