Example... .. One day while getting a hair  cut I waited about an hour and there was a lady who came in after me. Well her small child was getting pretty antsy so I offered them my place in line. It happens all the time when I hold the door open for people. I probably receive some sort of thank maybe 30% of the time.

As far as traffic goes I luckily hardly ever need to use the freeway. I never venture west to Los Angeles so I avoid most of the traffic.

The only other state I lived in was AZ and I must admit I liked it. If for some reason I had to leave CA I would most likely end up in AZ.

I dont know exactly why...even with all the annoying things I mentioned above, I do enjoy living here.  Maybe it has to do with being 1 hour from the coast, 45 minutes from the mountains and the ability to ride my bike with 30 minutes of my house  year round.
