Hello,
Does anyone know of a "shark fin" for the front rotor (of a 1999 XR250)?

I saw a reference to one in a Dirt Rider May 2001 mag (I think). The mag referenced White Bros., but I could find nothing in their on-line catalog.

I did find the Devol unit, but it's more of a cover (and I've heard that the Devol unit can be bent fairly easily, and that it can then do more harm than good for the rotor).

As always, any and all advice/recommendations/thoughts will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Don't know of any true 'shark fins' for the front, but he DeVol cover is pretty tough, IMO. On old KDX's I know the DeVol would fit underneath a standard plastic cover so you could run both if you wanted to.

IMO, you don't want something too rigid on the front, because if you hit something really hard the impact might break your fork leg instead of the disc protector.
