Looking to get into riding... help with a bike.

2) Very physical and somewhat aggressive
3) Mainly riding woods, trails, and hopefully some mx courses
4) Not really
5) Possibly get into racing later on down the road
6) Not really, willing to learn but at the moment not too much.
7) Not preference
8) Lots ... Yamaha, Honda, KTM, Kawasaki, Suzuki
9) around 3,000-4000$

i think you could find a honda crf450r for around $4,000. that would be the bike for you.

I think a KTM 200EXC or 300EXC would be good if you want a 2 stroke. The 200 and 300 along with the 250 are great for woods riding and light MX duty.

good luck finding a 450 for 4000

they are almost 7000 new

i would say a 250 of some sort

a Honda dealer near me has a 2003 CRF450R forsale...$3500 and a 2005 for $3800

fairrind, i say spend the $500 difference and buy the 2005.
