I have a 04' YZ250, Still has the first tank of gas, it runs great it's just that after about an hour or so of riding I am getting spooge dripping out the back of the muffler. Is that because the gas that the shop gives you at first is to rich?, The airscrew is at 1 1/2, no mods on this bike, smokes a lot on warm up and when shifting gears. Is this spooge normal on new bikes, or do I need to do some sort of adjusting to fix it????

You probably have to use up the existing tank full and try another tank of fresh gas mixed at 32:1 with a good oil. If the problem continues you are probably jetted too rich. My bike was way rich and spooged like crazy until I jetted it down.

The break-in tank (which is what the dealer should have filled it w/) s/b something like 15:1, which would explain the spooge.
