Lower Geared Rear Sprocket?

I want to get a lower geared rear sprocket b/c most of the time I ride on tight trials where I can't open it up and it would be great if I can get it lowered geared. I have a 49th back sprocket on right now. How many teeth should I get on my next rear sprocket? I do go riding on tracks sometimes, but I still barely ever use 6th gear. Basically I want it lowered geared, but not super low geared. 50th,51th,52th,53th????

I'd go with a 51 tooth rear sprocket. You will see a big improvment in slow speed riding but it will still go faster than you ever need to go! You may need a few extra links in your chain so keep that in mind when you buy your new chain.
