I recently installed a Magura juice clutch on my '00 RM250. The clutch actuating arm on these bikes, is internal. It's in the same 'compartment' as the flywheel/stator. The stock clutch cable has a rubber o-ring, and a nice snug fit into the hole in the left side engine case. The magura slave cylinder has a loose fit, and no o-ring. The manual says this is so the slave cylinder can self-allign to the clutch actuating arm. Okay, that sounds good and all... but what's to stop water/dirt/dust/mud from entering the otherwise sealed flywheel compartment? After hosing off the bike, and working the clutch, I can hear water/air hissing in and out of the hole. That can't be good. What are you guys doing to seal this area off, but keep the fit on the loose side for this self-aligning thing? Thanks....
