I am new to the 4 stokes and I have a 2005 CRF450R that I just bought, so I just wanted to know what kind of maintenance do I need to be doing for this bike? And how often?

Get a factory service manual. Everything you need to be doing is described in detail inside.

Plus, it tells you how to do it, and gives you all of the specs you'll need to know. Like valve clearances and whatnot.
