Yea, Pastrana good, He was giving out autographs because he didn't make the finals. The rumor had it he was going to do a flip also. I believe he crashed and screwed up his leg in the peliminaries. Too bad. Maybe next year. Got his autograph though.

pastrana crashed in the step up and tore up his knee. He won the Gravity games(easily) and destoryed metzger with an arsenal of amazing backflips.(one handed, no legs, wheelie to backflip).

Yes, Pastrana blew out his knee at the gravity games 2 weeks ago. TP and MM have both done many backflips in practice and competition.
Metzgers back-to-back back flips today was unbelievable. We thought that Carey Hart set a new standard. Then Caleb Wyatt, then Metz and Pastrana in the G Games. Now the Double Fritz (the name for the double back flip). Metzger deserves a much larger award than a gold medal. He should be considered for some sort of athlete of the year award.

You got it a little wrong, I was there too.... TP is injd and out, was in a soft cast... IT was KENNY BARTRAM that pulled off a back flip in practice. on his final run, Couwboy kenny bailed right before impact, took both of his legs off to the side, hurt his knee on landing...His bike was coming down on a 45 degree angle, so he bailed at last second, it doesnt look good for him, he was evenytually carted off, I have pictures of it. He wasnt hitting the same jumps that metz hit. Cowboy cut a takeoff out of the step up landing, like the way hart and Caleb hit there, no distance covered like Metzs 60 footers...METZ is Awesome. What a cool dude, he threw all his gear in the crowd and had his wife and baby with him right after the competition.

I dont know, but to hit a 45' backflip in 1st gear and then land it , shift and hit an 80' back flip consecutively is just flat out BALLS.. I dont care what anyone says, crazy or not, that is plain BALLS, and no one else is stepping it up so that just shows you..or he is just pure INsane.
