Mod Help, Lost password & old email

I have forgotten my password (always auto logged in) and the email I have on the profile is no longer valid. I had to create a new account to post this but would like to use my old one.
The account name is "Jeepboy". Can you delete "Jeepboy2" and use the email on "Jeepboy2" for "Jeepboy"?
