RMX Make sure that te power valve isn't clogged or gummed up on it. If it's stuck it will adversly affect the bottom end. Also make sure it is adjusted properly and the spring is at proper tension. It's easy to install it wrong and back off teh tension instead of applying it. The manual for the bike has some setup tips for the power valve for low end. I put the rm head gasket on mine and it really helped power all around. I also have a FMF gnarly pipe with a rad valve on it. It is a tractor that will scream on top. the other thing to not overlook is the jetting. The air screw and pilot are what you need to look at. I found the air screw made a big difference. I also went leaner on my pilot jet. That made it have a lot more power on the bottom. I run the stock gearing on mine but 2 teeth in the rear would be a good mod too. Good luck. When jetted and set up right they run great in the woods.
