Did a search to find help for more midrange on CR125, lots of topics for older CR's but nothing specific on current model (2005-2007) . I'm happy with topend but midrange should wake up little earlier, what to do? Thought of making next mods: V-force3, PC pipe&silencer, power now, decking cylinder base to achieve 1,0 mm squish, vertex piston, one tooth bigger rear spocket... Am I on right track with these? What else? .....btw Vertex has three type pistons; replica, race, pro race, what are differences between them?

My friend has an '06 had it for a while now we like leaned up the jetting the V3 did help it be snappier only buy a after market pipe if you don't want to waste the stocker. One tooth larger rear is good for tighter ridding area's. But he has since gone back to stock ridding it better now.

It does just seem to dump all it's power at once in the midrange and rev out good it's slow as hell if your off the pipe and it wants to just load up if you ride it that way.
