I read the article (well, parts of it) accompanying the poll. I get a headache trying to decipher all the bureaucratic nonsense. Can somebody with more patience write up a simple "this is what it means", please?
what it means is this; If the federal government lets the state and local governments keep their claims, then we can ride on the trails still. If the feds take the claims back, then they will be shut down. Just to clear up any confusion, on the left hand site of the screen, vote for the first one.
