Just brought it home yesterday! 2009 Suzuki Gladius
It's been raining for days, but the skies cleared by lunchtime. So I finally got to ride it to work after my lunch break.

So far I love it! Handles very well and suits my smallness quite well. My last street bike was a 1996 Suzuki Bandit 600. This one is WAY lighter than that thing was!

and no we are not getting rid of the dirt bikes...

Thanks Guys!

I finally have a few miles on it! The bike is amazing!! Handles awesome, has tons of torque. I can actually ride IT and IT's not riding ME. It's kind of like my dirt bike where I can put it where I want it. I can't really open it up yet, as I have to go 600 miles and keep it under 5200rpms. It's not even broke in and it will go pretty good! Suzuki did an awesome job with the redesign. This is what replaced the "naked" SV650.

Phil and I rode it together tonight. It still handled amazing with both of us on it, very comfortable for two up riding. I'm not into having to ride on the back, but it's been 6yrs since we have done that. Our first date was a cruise on his old Kawi. So it was kind of neat to do that again. A little cool tonight, but nice afternoon for a little cruise. We left from the new house and don't really have anything over there yet for cooler street riding gear. I had my leather coat and gloves, but I went over there straight from work and didn't have jeans on. I do not recommend dress pants!

So yeah I think out of the 5 street bikes I have ridden, this is by far the best suited for me. It's really fun to ride! It's going to be a long winter with it out in the garage staring at me! It'll be lined up right there with the dirt bikes. We finally have a garage and already filling it up with motorcycles!
