It was leaking oil into the cylinder with a new piston and i kept tearing it apart putting it back together, one day i looked at the clymer shop manual for about an hour and discovered i had the top ring and bottom ring on the piston mixed so i bought new rings(just to be safe) and put them in. IT didnt leak oil anymore. THe damn manual isn't specific the pictures were confusing <a href="http://s116.photobucket.com/albums/o3/rock_krawler/xr100/?action=view¤t=CIMG5871.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o3/rock_krawler/xr100/CIMG5871.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> on one of the oil burining start ups, i accidentaly striped the plug hole from being to pissed, but i got it helicoiled. <a href="http://s116.photobucket.com/albums/o3/rock_krawler/xr100/?action=view¤t=CIMG5884.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o3/rock_krawler/xr100/CIMG5884.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> nasty side plate <a href="http://s116.photobucket.com/albums/o3/rock_krawler/xr100/?action=view¤t=CIMG5894.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o3/rock_krawler/xr100/CIMG5894.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> painted and looking new [/QUOTE]
