It has been prominantly featured on our local news broadcasts.
Woods was practicing for the WORCS season opener at the Honolulu Hills area just outside of Taft, CA.
He crashed and suffered internal injuries.
Kurt Caselli was interviewed on the news, and he was on the scene trying to comfort Nathan as he passed.
They life flighted Nathan Woods to the hospital but were unable to save him.
I first heard about it Sunday, but I believe the accident occurred Friday afternoon.
He is survived by his wife and two children.
