Need Help 40 to 38mm? PLEASE Help!!!!!!

Hi,

OK finally got this thing ready to go. I talked to some guy who said I could put a 38 mm flatside carb on my old 490. I am a newbie and did not figure on it not hooking up to the airbox and the other end. How can I make this carb work? The old carb was bigger.

Is there an adapter kit? Where can I get one? How much?

You might want to check with White Brothers or have one made at a local machine shop!

Sudco sells Mikuni and Keinadklfj carbs. Maybe they can hook you up.
