LOL! I'm kicking myself! I've put myself up on a single's web site after reading up on my "competition" and then spending quite a bit of effort to write a profile which reflects my inner workings and what I'm looking for in a lady.

Well, instead of hoping to find someone I think is nice - I'm being swamped by women of my dreams - intelligent, sassy, gorgeous women who are articulate and funny.

I need "Dear Abby" advice from you guys around my age (43) and ladies who could shed some light on this. I want to evaluate my choices but don't be to be seen as a player as I'm not ('tis tempting though!). :confused:

I think I know what you mean - I was pretty instantly spellbound with my ex, even though I had doubts, I went ahead anyway - probably something to do with not using the head on my shoulders to think it through. 10 years later I'm paying for that.

This is not a political statement of my behaviour when enjoying the great outdoors, but more an insight in to how I live both within and outside the confines of our society's thinking... scuba dive and ride motorcycles off road......I am a touchy feely person, 12 hugs a day would be minimum maintenance.
