Need help on top end

Hi,
I have '89 KDX 200 SR (japaniese model). I've broken my KIPS system, so I removed the cylinder head, and KIPS. Now, I have the new valves ready to assemble, but I don't know the thightening torqe of the bolts at the cylinder head.
I don't have service manual (can't find everywhere in our country), but the engine is the same as the E KDX (I think).
If somebody could tell it...

Anybody knows where can I found downloadable service manual for my bike? At kawasaki com they have service manuals for KDX from '96.

Thank, but I think it's for the US modell KDX. I have the japanise one (differenet front fork and brake, frame, electronics).
