need help with 2000 yz 125

i have a 2000 yz 125 that just fouls the plugs in 15-20 mins of riding. it has good compresion and runs good when it is running. iv replaced the ring and reeds and about everything i can think of. could i need to replace the main jet cause its getting to much gas or what............... please help.....
