I have 2003 KX forks and need torque settings for the following:.
- Axle Nut?
- Pinch Bolts?
- Triple Clamp Upper?
- Triple Clamp Lower 10 - 13 ft/lbs?

Thanks for helping me out.

KDX200Kev I have a 2003 KX 250 and I looked up the following torque specs for you in my service manual. I believe the pinch bolts that you are refering to are the front axel clamp bolts that lock the axel to the fork legs.

Front Axel: 58 ft-lbs
Front Axel Clamp Bolts: 14.5 ft-lbs
Triple Clamp Upper: 14.5 ft-lbs
Triple Clamp Lower: 14.5 ft-lbs

Hope this helps.

Thank you. FYI, I have heard that if you run the lower triple clamp bolts at 10 ft-lbs it will prevent binding and your forks will perform better.

Thanks for the info. Those are just the torque specs directly from the service manual for what its worth anyway.
