He will be 21 in a few months and his rates will drop but 18 mph over the limit can mess up insurance. Do points get transferred from one state to another? He’s willing to pay his dues ($156 worth) but doesn’t want his insurance messed up. Is it worth calling the DA in PA to try and get the ticket reduced? He’s never gotten a speeding ticked before but was stopped once and warned…I guess he should have just gotten the ticket and put the lesson behind him. Thanks for any advise.
