I don't know if anyone else feels like this, but here's my flame.

I don't mind negative Mojo, hell I encourage it cause sometimes things come out of mouth before travelling to my brain first :p But if your going to give me negative Mojo, have the stones to atleast gimme a reason. I've only got 2 negative Mojo's, one deserved as I came off as a smartass in one post. Perfect, got an explanation , re-read the thread and yeah, JACKASS thats me. I got a negative one the other day, no comment, no nothing. Gimme a break, if you disklike what I said THAT much atleast gimme a reason. Like I said, Mojo, is Mojo so either way its a good thing. If your going to give someone negative mojo, have the stones to tell them why, if not, don't bother I'll just bug Elk he'll give me some :)

(Did anybody else just give him negative mojo with no explanation? :p)

Sorry to hear that, Huckster. I personally (almost) always sign mojo when I give it out, good or bad.

P.S. I think mojo is like av*t*rs, you're not supposed to talk about it.

I got some negative mojo for this post!
http://www.dirtrider.net/forums3/showthread.php?postid=328358#post328358
"its a thing.

It looks like a bug, has a 70cc 4 stroke air cooled engine, has a reasonable amount of suspension for its job... Its street legal, is a trailbike... with wide, semi off road tires.

It has the same engine, tranny as the xr70... a very neat, fun to ride little bike! "

I have no clue as to why!! No one gave a reason either :(
I dont mind if they want to remain anonomus(sp?) but at least give me a reason!

I have a 1977 ct--70 and was just describing it! I think I did a pretty good job too!

How did I get -38 points for just one negative mojo?

I think I'm just going to turn this off

THAT'S A GOOD ONE! But, if you really knew the deep dark secrets of the evil empire, you'd realize that "mojo" is simply a diversion!

evil man :moon: - says use the force .... I don't know.

Yeah, I have gotten some negative mojo for similar reasons, just got one for the auto nuke hack post - go figure.

I am not too worried about the tally though, it is nice to get some positive comments with words of encouragements etc - I just ignore the negative posts.

If you do find that this mojo thing is affecting the way you post, or find it an insidious means of control just turn it off - I definitely don't see it as an elitist thing or a 'more than' issue - when this started out I hoped to maintain a level mojo - equal good and bad - looks like that ain't working ;) :)

Call me whatever, but I was just goofing around in my CP and I notice I had a whole whopping ONE mojo point and I read it. It never had a name but it seriously made my day. It was a positive comment about a thread I made, it just made me smile for the whole day

Later in the day I returned favours by giving mojo to good posts I saw, hopefully making someone else have a good day

PS.. Okay okay, sappy mode off now, just to prove I am manly ill go hunting or something

Ha ha, you guys are hilarious!!!! You guys are going to be in the latrine ALL day after that Canadian brew gets through ya! I might actually have a chance to place higher than 10th if I can get all the fast guys running to the washrooms.

Man, DW'02 is just TOO far away.

I actually got some negative mojo for that post!!(the above post) LOL i'm still laughing!!
It dosent really matter to me tho! I turned mojo off long ago.

""why do you care one way or another about mojo? it is just a way to manipulate the behavior of members , ignore it "

That is exactly the reason i turned it off. "

I also got negative mojo for this one too.

""Did you CATCH him on your CR80 and kick his ass?
By the way, where do you live?"

I never caught him. An 80 is no match for a 500. Even if the guy riding it is fat.

But when no one was looking, I *accdientally* did a burnout right in front of his truck. It had been raining and it was muddy... you can guess what happened to the truck! " (Posted in my flame about 500cc bike roost)

And this one. (above)

Methinks somebody is out to get me!!

I never have ridden with a hangover and don't plan to anytime soon. Canadian beer is my secret weapon for all you fast guys. Your used to 3.5% which is like drinking our water. Talk about pumped, I can't wait. Maybe I'll calm down after the NorthEast Spodefest @ Paragon. Also the donut race sounds interesting :)
