Got a PM from Kawidude ... "Why not a photography forum?".
Why didn't I think of that? Good idea!

He also nominated Chili to be the Moderator of the new place. Done.
Sorry Chili, it's all on you! Can't think of a better choice.

If anyone stumbles across a good thread that should be moved in here, let me know.

Awesome idea. Been waiting for this for a while. I moved some older threads in here and bumped them. Not sure if they're all still relevant, but I remember plenty of informative discussion on camera buying and specs, etc.
