I was wondering if anybody out there can guide me to a fair priced/reliable parts company for my 97' 220. For cosmetics I need some new side plastics and a one industries seat/graphics kit. I also have stock handguards and shock boots that need changing but I was hoping there are some better than stock alternatives out there. Any advice on this stuff would be great.

Several online spots...check rockymountainmc.com for one.
I've used them for lotsa stuff. They're fast, they're reasonably priced.

re: stock handguards. Consider polisport. They fit, for one thing (acerbis usually doesn't too well). They are tough..you can bend 'em almost double and they don't break or crack. BUT...they are not too wide. More of a lever-saver than a brush guard. That might hurt your knuckles from time to time. They are a good green color, too!

For something semi-local you can call Kevin's Racing Suppy in MA. 1-800-654-4998 or ww.kevinscycleracing.com. He's got good prices, lots of stuff in stock and it only takes a day to get to you in CT.
