Great rider training manual here in PDF format ..

goes over the basics and some more advanced stuff..

good for first time riders

People this is a good manual I really suggest it.. Even for the experienmced rider it covers some helpful stuff

thanks pretty good stuff in there specifically if you are new to the sport but not limited to newbies.
