New riding area in Breezewood Pa.

Last Sunday a flier for the Proving Grounds riding area was left under my windshield wiper. I tried the web page and nothing came up. Does anyone have any information on this riding area?

Is there anyone you can call? Maybe a dealer? Did the flyer say it would be open this year?

The flier stated that starting this spring the Proving Grounds would have 4 MX tracks and a 12 mile Hare Scramble course. It didn't have a phone number and I would like to get intouch with the owner. I got the flier at the Hangover Hare Scramble in Hagerstown Md.
