Back wheel or front?? On front, just make sure tube isn't pinched and air it up (12-15 pounds or so for most dirt bikes I've had). On rear, you often have a rim lock that goes inside the tire and stops it from turning on the wheel when you accelerate. You'll have to tighten that up, too. If you have everything together right, the bead takes care of itself.

front tires have wheel locks too. add air to your tube before you tighten the wheel lock. helps make sure your tube isn't between the lock and the rim.

To get the tire to 'pop' onto the bead:
1. After getting the tire on the rim, put more soapy water on both side of the tire
2. inflate tire until it 'pops' onto the bead. The soapy water helps it to slide up on the bead.
3. check for tube leaks
4. Reduce air to 11-14 lbs (that's what I run anyway).
