Night Enduro Saturday

The night enduro is this Saturday.

Any one going?

Is it staging in Rock Candy or Middle Waddell?

Does anyone have a route sheet yet? I need to make a large type roll chart.

I'm just finishing up my lights. I'll test them in competition.

I'll be there for sure. Haven't seen a route sheet. Their staging it out of Middle Waddell this year instead of Rock Candy. First rider out at 7:01pm this year.

Sign-up opens at 4:30pm. Riders meeting at 6:00pm. 2 riders per minute.

Course is 40+ miles. Gas available on course.

I haven't put my lights on yet. Maybe Saturday morning. Or maybe some night this week. I was hoping to do some actual night riding but not gonna happen.

Looks like we might get some rain Saturday. Won't that be interesting.

Well I had a lot of fun. I stunk up the place but that is standard operating procedure. My lights worked great but it was mucho dusty and the evening sun made for some total blind conditions in a few places. It was much better when it got totally dark. The second loop was all time keeping which was good for me because I had a crash and lost five minutes looking for my helmet light chord in the brambles. I got back on time and then missed a turn after a check while I was rolling my chart up. I got late five minutes again. I got to pass the same guys a second time (this was 6-12mph is why I caught up). Any way, I had fun - too bad I'm so freaking slow....

Sounds like fun no matter how fast you are! I need to start practicing night riding.
