no spark-need stator and pulser specs

Friend's 96 rm250 has apparent ignition problems after enduro-said bike rev'd like throttle was stuck(this happened at previous race also-checked and cleaned throttle from bars to carb slide,cable routing)after crashing, as he was riding back to camp, the bike would rev then cut out, now I get no spark at all. I was told by mechanic friend to check stator and pulser,however he didn't have the resistance specs.
