Here's the setup that finally cured all my fogging and sweat running down the inside of my goggles problems. And I generate a lot of heat so it was quite a problem for me. Buy a pair of Scott's No Sweat goggles. Toss the lens and install a Scott's TurboFlow lens instead. They're two panel lenses. I like yellow but lots of colors are available. Then run tear offs to protect the expensive lens.

I have to cut the tearoffs off a little at the top to keep them from blocking the vents on the lens. Use a very soft cloth when cleaning the inside of the lens as they're soft and will scratch.

The super cheap way is to buy a pair of Scott ski goggles at the beginning or end of the season. The strap is short, and the foam is not as thick, but they will not fog, and can be had at most sporting goods stores for about $12.

i have the oakley no-fog (in Florida, it's a must), and they have the foam/felt setup, so they tend not to drop sweat. The frame is a little small, but no other complaints.
