That would depend on what type of license you're trying to get (for a motorcycle I'm assuming?). It also depends on where you're from. does "minn" stand for Minnesota?

As far as I know, you really don't need a license to ride a dirtbike, just as long as you don't ride on the roads.

For street bikes, you need to be at least 15 years old in MN to get a permit to ride on the road.
