ride more often. That is by far the best way. Everything else is a gimic towards helping you stay a little more relaxed. When they start to get numb say maybe 5 laps in, back the speed off some and try to make it another 5 laps at a reduced speed. As time goes on, you'll be able to stay relaxed longer and the problem should go away.
