O-rings

I have noticed on my bike that there is some black sponge coming out of where the pipe and engine come together and it going all over my pipe,do i just need to get new O-rings (got a FMF gold series pipe)

Take the pipe off, if the orings dont look to bad you can try putting a thick bead of high temp silicone sealent on the pipe where it connects to the exuast flange.

just wondering if i will still be able to get the pipe off cuz wont it be strong if its high temp silicone?

all silicones hve the consintancy of rubber cement. They are made for sealing surfaces not gluing them together. The high temp, usally orange, just does not burn up when used in exhaust apps, there will be no issues with removing the pipe if you use it.
