oil for rm 250 and sx 250 mod 2003?

hello i want to change the oil in the my motorcycle.

what oil do you suggest? it is my first time....i have never change them .!

the first bike is suzuki rm 250

and the other is ktm sx 250

both is 2003 model!

in the fuel i put IPON STRAWBERRY.

Take your pic. Cheap 10w 40 @ walmart/advance WITHOUT friction modifiers, type f transmission fluid, or motorcycle gearbox oil specified as safe for wet clutches.
