Hey Okie....a while back you had started a post (something like "It starts Monday...") where you outlined your fitness plan, which I understand is a modified version of Bill Phillips' "Body for Life." That was quite some time ago and I was just curious as to how it's going. I recall that you had used his program before with some good results.
I'm doing the Atkins thing right now to lose some quick weight (until I get to a comfortable weight). Then, I may switch over to a BFL type of program for maintenance and toning up.
