OT: EPA loses court case

thanks for the interesting post! 1 reason this is so interesting is that judge posner is a VERY influential judge & legal author. tarkowski sounds like quite a character; i wonder who paid for the legal talent, if he's so poor he heats his house with old pallets? "be it ever so humble, a man's home is his castle..."

Sure, the EPA is a pain, but how about CARB? They make those EPA boys look reasonable!:confused:
