Ouachita National Forest - Closing Areas

I posted some information over in the land closing areas from the proposal doc. I need to get this scanned in so everyone can see it. It was written by lawyers so it takes some concetration and time to understand it all. There is very little time to react and I have been sitting on it too long (sorry - busy). I scanned in the documents. I had trouble with image sizes so I also added them to the gallery.
