I just finished reading the following "opinion" in the Stockton(Ca) Record newspaper. The paragraph that best describes the overall gist or feel of the entire article is as follows:
"The (Sierra) framework clearly establishes watershed protection, old-growth timber conservation and wildlife preservation as higher priorities than livestock grazing, logging interests and recreational pursuits.":mad:
