4 Million is a lot of freakin money, but any bank would loan the money as long as the park took in good income.
Go get copy's of the past few years income statements for the business and look for yourself.

Only 2 reasons something is for sale,

1. We have made so much money we now want to move to Florida, play golf and dodge hurricanes.

2. This place costs more than it takes in a month and grandma wont lend us any more cash.
