paddle tire mounting

Any advice on mounting an EXTREMELY stiff paddle tire? Guys at the motorsports want 20 bucks to mount it.

Warm your car/truck up to operating temp (iOTW, drive it for a 1/2 hour or more)

Put the tire under the hood to bake for 30 - 60 minutes.

Spoon the gooey soft tire onto your bare rim.
