Parts availability for WP 4681 (83 Honda CR480)?

Got a WP 4681 shock for my vintage ride (83 CR480) from a guy who told me "it just needs a seal and oil change" :|

When Fed Ex delivered it, I found that yes it did need an oil change and seals but it also needs a shaft since it was broken into two parts at the base of the clevis. Guess the guy missed that part. :|

Here's my dilema. Is this shaft available? It is a 14mm shaft, overall length is approx 210mm from end to end. Lenght of chromed 14mm area is approx 158mm.

Also will need a reservoir hose and bottoming bumper.
