Wayne is more 3rd &4th gear riding unless you get on some of the smaller more tech loops. Not as many hills. A lot more big groups of quads. If they would open all of Perry I like it better. At Wayne you use to be able to camp almost anywhere but not anymore.
What part of Perry is not open? Like I said, I've only been there once but I don't remember noticing many closed trails - I guess I do remember a couple of metal poles blocking a trail or two. How much is closed? We rode a solid six hours and always found new riding areas. I REALLY liked it. The best I've ridden - so far... :)
