Photo Image Hosting Suggestions

I need a free image hosting site to link to another web site that I'm a member on. This is new to me and I need some guidance. After poking around the internet I don't find what I'm looking for. I want a site where I can use a link to were the image is hosted for another user to view the pictures and zoom in to see detail. Mainly to see numbers on bikes so folks can identify people in the photos. But, I want it to be a view only without the ability of another user to download the photos. Thoughts, suggestions?

That will be tough since if you can see it in your browser, you can right-click on it and Save-As to get your own local copy.
