I was wondering if any of you had any good advise on some exercises I could do to get full range of motion back in my elbow?
I fell on my right arm pile driving my hand into the ground. The result was a brief dislocation of the elbow which was enough to injure the surrounding elbow and forarm muscles/tissue. Its been a week since the injury and I have about 80% of my full motion. Im still taking the anti-inflammitory but the pain is tolerable. Im anxious to get full range back before my body heals to its present status(less than full motion).
Any advise is appreciated.
